The public lead-gen website and the mobile-first, offline operations ERP of a Toronto property-care company
BEX Property Care cleans and maintains condos and commercial spaces across Toronto and the GTA. For them we built two complementary pieces: their public lead-gen website (bexpropertycare.com) and an operations ERP —an installable, internal mobile app— to manage the maintenance of their entire building portfolio. The website attracts and converts; the app runs the day-to-day operation.

Goal
Give BEX two pieces that work together: a public website that captures property managers and condo boards in Toronto, and an operations ERP their staff use on-site to run controls, tasks and rounds.
The Challenge
Two different challenges. On the web: rank in Toronto/GTA and convert, with clear services per space and downloadable resources. On the app: work on-site —often with no signal—, with sheets reusable across buildings, role-scoped visibility, and installable, offline-capable usage.
Outcome
A public website (bexpropertycare.com) with services per space (common areas, janitorial, garage, power washing, carpet and balcony cleaning), lead-gen resources (a downloadable cleaning checklist PDF and a guides blog) and CTAs to a quote, phone and WhatsApp. And an operations ERP —an installable (PWA) app that works offline— with daily per-building controls, reusable sheets, rounds, an alert centre, role-scoped access and an admin panel with portfolio overview and reports. Canadian English interface with optional Spanish; pilot tested by the client and a real-data instance ready to go live.

Public lead-gen website (Toronto & the GTA)
bexpropertycare.com: a "Condo & Commercial Cleaning in Toronto" hero, services organized by space and frequency (common areas, janitorial, garage, superintendent, day porter, project cleaning…) and clear CTAs to a quote, phone and WhatsApp. Built for GTA property managers and condo boards.
Resources & lead capture
Useful content that captures: a downloadable condo cleaning checklist PDF (with a form to reveal the link) and a blog of practical maintenance guides for Toronto. Local SEO focused on Toronto and the GTA.
Operations ERP: per-building controls
The app digitizes the client's sheets day by day: temperatures, items with status and value, and the ability to "declare not performed" when something wasn't done. Each building operates on its own local time and daily sheet.
Reusable sheets + rounds
The client's sheets are digitized so they can be adapted and reused across buildings, without rebuilding them each time. Rounds (e.g. monthly washroom cleaning) show submitted, missing and upcoming, with a downloadable PDF report.
Installable app with offline work
Staff install the app on their phone (PWA) and work on-site: certain records are completed with no connection and sync as soon as signal returns, so coverage never blocks the operation.
Alerts, roles & administration
A shared per-building alert centre (overdue tasks, missing daily control, out-of-range values) coordinates follow-up without overlap —reading a notification doesn't resolve it—. Administration gets a portfolio overview, history and reports; managers have limited access to report incidents; and each profile sees only what's relevant to them.
