Goal
Transform an offline business into a profitable eCommerce operation with AI tools that let customers design their own professional signage, calculate prices instantly, and purchase without friction -- all managed from a powerful, custom-built admin panel.
The Challenge
The signage industry is ultra-competitive online with established national players. Products require custom configuration (dimensions, materials, finishes) that makes a standard cart impossible. On top of that, customers don't know how to design and needed a tool that could turn their ideas into professional designs without human intervention.

We developed a complete ecosystem: eCommerce with a visual product configurator, AI Designer Pro that generates sign designs using artificial intelligence (including mockups, AR, readability analysis, and 4x quality enhancement), an admin panel with a real-time sales dashboard, and a mobile-first app. The SEO strategy ranked 200+ keywords and Google Ads campaigns achieved a sustained 4.8x ROAS.
AI-Powered Designer
We created AI Designer Pro, a one-of-a-kind tool in the signage industry that lets customers create professional sign designs in seconds. The system guides users through 5 steps: product type, business, style, design description, and size. The AI generates multiple variations, enables realistic mockup previews, readability analysis at distance, 4x quality upscaling with Real-ESRGAN, automatic background removal, and even Augmented Reality visualization.
Custom Admin Panel
We developed a fully customized admin dashboard with real-time business visibility: daily/weekly/monthly sales with comparisons, 12-month revenue charts, order status tracking (pending, in production, shipped, completed), customer management, AI Designer leads, and abandoned cart recovery. Fully integrated with Trello for internal production management.
eCommerce & Product Configurator
The online store offers a complete catalog of signage products: banners, dimensional letters, signs, vinyl graphics, photo backdrops, feather flags, rigid printed panels, and street banners. Each product features a visual configurator where customers select material, dimensions, finish, and quantity, with prices updating in real time. We integrated a previewer that shows how the sign will look before purchasing.
SEO + Google Ads Strategy
We created 50+ landing pages optimized for specific commercial keywords. Shopping and Search campaigns segmented by product type and margin with aggressive negative keyword management. Dynamic remarketing with visited products. Within 4 months, 30+ keywords in the Top 5 and a stabilized 4.8x ROAS.
